The Neighborhood:

The ancient community of Norham is most known for Turner's 1845 painting of the magnificent Norman Castle remains above the River Tweed. There are also two fine restaurants in Allanton that are ideal for fishing and shooting groups, as well as the Cross Inn in Paxton.
