Pinnacle Place at Purgatory Ski Resort (Eolus #420) is in the heart of the main plaza with great views and access to everything! Our ski-in ski-out studio is near the Purgatory Village Express Lift (6 pack chair lift), Twighlight Lift, Needles Lift (Chair 6), the Needles Mountains, and Purgatory Village Center. This location makes your vacation as convenient as possible. Take elevator down one floor to the third floor, walk out the door, pop on your boots & skis and you are ready to go! It is a great homebase for your winter or summer adventure!

The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, crockpot, coffee maker, blender, cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes etc. A stackable washer/dryer is located in your unit. There is a wood burning fireplace (wood is provided) and free high speed wireless internet. You also get one designated covered parking space - you will never have to clean snow off your vehicle during your stay! The condo has cable TV plus a firestick so you can watch your own streaming channels. There is also a DVD player. The views of the Needles Mountain range from the private balcony are breathtaking!! There are chairs on the deck to take in the mountain views and observe all of the skier activity.

RESORT CLUB ACCESS: For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

PURGATORY SKI MOUNTAIN LOCATION: This condo is located at Purgatory Ski Resort in the San Juan Mountains. Purgatory is 25 minutes north of downtown Durango and is known as a family-friendly ski resort. It has 105 trails, including 5 terrain parks, over 1,500 skiable acres and 12 lift. The resort boasts an average annual snowfall of 260 inches. Purgatory Resort offers a variety of activities and amenities that cater to families, including ski lessons, childcare and a variety of restaurants. It is a more affordable option that some of the other ski resorts in Colorado, has a good mix of terrain for all ability levels, and stunning views. If you're looking for a resort that offers something for everyone, staying at this condo at Purgatory is a great option!

SUMMER AT PURGATORY: Purgatory boasts a bike park accessible by chair lift, an alpine slide, mountain coaster, and treasure panning. There are also hiking trails, jeep tours, and watercraft rentals on Twilight Lake. Purgatory hosts various events throughout the summer, such as live music concerts, festivals and bike races.

NO PETS: Due to HOA rules, the condo (and all condos in the building) is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals.

COOLING: Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, we offer a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third-party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
