Remove ALL garbage to designated bins street side marked ‘18134’. Failure to follow will result in $100 charge to transfer/dispose.
NO RVs or campers allowed. Checking out past 11 AM will incur $100/hr charge. If late checkout interferes w turnover, addit night will be charged.

Great place!

This was a beautiful home that was perfect for our group of 10. We were in the area for a baseball tournament in Dyersville and the location was great. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Great Stay

This is the second time staying at the property and it did not disappoint. The house is very large, spacious and a cozy cabin feel. All the rooms are suites which is great for multiple families. Home is clean, owners are very friendly and responsive.

Great Cabin!

Beautiful cabin! We stayed with my large family for a long weekend. Check in was simple, and the local property manager was great to work with when a minor issue popped up. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay and hope to come back again!

We loved everything about this house! The suites are great, kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room for our family vacation. We also loved the location, we took day trips to Galena and Dyersville. We enjoyed outdoor games in the yard, went to the golf/mini-golf course, as well as other attractions in Dubuque. We appreciate the owners attention to details and the pristine condition of the home. The best VRBO house we have stayed in.

Amazing House

Stayed with a few families for a Field of Dreams tournament. The house was perfect! Having multiple primary bedrooms gave each family their own space and there were many areas to gather and hang out together! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

Family vacation

The lodge was the perfect size for our group of 10. The location is remote but we loved it as it was a relaxing space after our outings that included golf, hiking and sightseeing. The owner Megan answered a couple questions promptly. We had an excellent vacation at an excellent property!

Beautiful log cabin

We had a great time at this cabin. The inside was very nice and clean. The only negatives were, with the ac running the basement rooms were cold and the upstairs was quite warm, and the outside was somewhat overgrown/weedy.

Really great spot, with a unique layout. Very clean and the host was extremely helpful and communicative. The only thing we'd change would be a few more dishes and other things as we had 9 adults and ran out of stuff like that often.
