A spacious and inviting mountain retreat ideally located between Durango and Purgatory Resort. Whether you're here to explore, relax, or hit the slopes, this condo puts you right in the middle of it all.
Step into a bright, open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for eight, and additional bar seating—perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. The cozy living room features a custom fireplace, large windows, and access to a private deck where you can enjoy fresh mountain air and peaceful surroundings.
The main-level master suite offers a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower, along with a desk and WiFi for remote work. A second bedroom includes bunk beds ideal for families or groups, while the upstairs suite features two queen beds and its own private bath for added comfort and privacy. TVs in every bedroom and the living room ensure everyone can unwind their way.
As a guest, you’ll have access to fantastic on-site amenities, including those at The Glacier Club*, where you can enjoy an 18-hole mountain golf course**, plus tennis courts, a pool, and a fitness center. Three restaurants are also just a short walk from the condo.
Nestled in the beautiful San Juan Mountains, you’re only minutes from outdoor adventures like skiing, hiking, hot springs, and the historic Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
