The rooms are big and have everything needed. The bathrooms have tile so cold in winter. Coffee maker tastes pretty bad plus don't give you enough sweetner and cream products. Bed nice as are pillows. Had worst latte ever. Don't know what kind of coffee was used.

This was a last minute booking for our final day of a week long vacation. To say this hotel was a blessing would be an understatement! It was clean, comfortable, and QUIET. The only issue was the pool because a family didn't read the 'no running no diving' rules when it was clearly a spa pool not a play pool. Besides that we had a wonderful time. I lost $20 at the casino but that's normal for me lol! I will say that the hotel entrance could have better signage since I kept walking into the casino from the outside, but I suppose that's normal as well. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a remote area. We booked this getaway because it had a few options for dining. Once we arrived, the hotel did not have many people and it only had one choice of dining which wasn’t safe for someone with food allergies. It was disappointing. The casino hardly had any guests. The hotel is clean and check-in was great but didn’t really find the experience met our needs of a vacation.

We booked here to have something to do at night since Durango was a small town. We got there on a Sunday and got to play cards that evening, not knowing the card tables would be closed until the Thursday we were leaving. We felt mislead, when the website listed gaming tables. Would never stay or recommend anyone to stay there again.
