First Floor

As you enter the front door, you are greeted with sleek design and warm finishes, such as hardwood floors and welcoming wall colors. The first floor has access to an attached, over-sized one car garage. It also boasts a bedroom with a queen size bed & two nightstands. The room has a closet, ceiling fan, and access to a full bath, as well. Also, there is storage space underneath the stairs and easy access to outdoor space.

Second Floor

As you walk up the stained hardwood stairs, you catch glimpses of the second floor through the slatted custom wood wall, which allows natural light from six living room windows to spill into the stairwell. Located on the second floor, the main living area includes an open kitchen with custom wood cabinets, large center island, and granite countertops. The kitchen also features stainless steel appliances, including a range, vent hood, and dishwasher. Additionally, the second floor includes a half-bath with furniture-style vanity, as well as a closet.

Third Floor

Walking up to the third floor, you’ll discover the Master Suite with king-size bed. This private space includes an ensuite master bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, private toilet room, & double vanity. A closet is located off the master bedroom. The third floor also includes a large, private balcony, perfect for sippin’ that first cup of coffee as the world wakes up or chillin’ on a cool autumn evening with a steaming cup of tea.
