Lovely private yard with table & chairs and off-street parking located behind the cottage. Interior consists of a Kitchen with Dining table, Living Room with TV, separate Master Bedroom and a spacious porch with a Trundle bed ( 2 Twins) that functions as the 2nd Bedroom.

Hardwood floors & pine paneling in Living Room and eat-in Kitchen lend a classic cottage feel to this basic and affordable getaway. One AC unit in the Living Room.

This home has NO HEAT!

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
