Excellent location.

The room i was initially booked into had not been cleaned when i arrived. I reported this and was met with excellent service and my room was upgraded at once to compensate. The hotel is well situated with best view of the sea ive experienced in all the hotels ive stayed at in Eastbourn. Standards were good for the price. Not really luxury but perfectly ok.

Very dusty , curtains were broken , shower hose holder broken. Carpet was dirty. The fan in the room was really dusty , it looks like its never been cleaned. Very dated

It's more like a hostel than a hotel. No amenities and not even a reception, it's all done via an intercom. The photos make it look a lot better than it is but it was cheap aand in a goo location.

Served its purpose

Went to visit family used hotel for overnight stay. Hotel could do with a bit of tlc as a bit dated in reception, bedroom had wallpaper coming off, no tv signal and shower had no hot water. Draught from window because of a gap also a mark on bedsheet. For price paid it wasn’t too bad! Right on seafront but wasn’t in a front facing room!!

Great for a budget hotel stay - fabulous location.

Check-in/reception desk is open 2-10pm, Junaed at reception was very welcoming and friendly. Very easy key drop check-out. Single room was dated and small but clean with a fabulous sea view - could hear the waves with the window open. Great location in a nice part of town. Parking would have been easier if the council hadn't closed the main road for the upcoming airshow - allow extra time for this if arriving in mid August.

The fan in the room was covered in dust. The fan had to be used . The toilet would not flush on friday - no one to report either to . The lift was not working at all . I spoke to a nice young man about the lift - he shrugged his shoulders i appreciate the buck does not stop with him Very disapointed

Ok for £65

Hotel was very cheap at £65. It was ok for this amount but very dated and shabby decor. Shower had hot water but not really working. Bed was large and clean. Tea and coffee fine. No lift so not suitable for those with mobility issues.
