Balcony with mountain and ski slope views. Overlooking the Valentin esplanade, there may be some noise during peak winter season (overlooking bars).
Ski locker outside the residence.
Access to the central terrace of the Valentin esplanade will be prohibited (underground parking construction). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a designated access road.
Pet fee: €40.
