There is also an adjustable desk with two large monitors which provides a place to catch up on emails while enjoying the view from the third story.
The main floor features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and ten-foot ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate a large group connected to a family gathering room with a fireplace and comfortable seating. The main bedroom features a fireplace, a walk-in closet, jetted tub, and access to the full-length balcony with spectacular views. The deck features a large grill with tables and chairs to enjoy the view day or night. A charming spiral staircase offers access to the walkout basement and covered patio on the lower floor, where you can sit at the fire-table to make s'mores, play corn hole, and enjoy the view..
In the basement, there is a large gathering space with a 15-foot-wide sectional that provides ample space for family members to connect in front of the fireplace.
