It's a truly average place to stay on a budget. The room felt very old and dusty, and there was some mold on the shower curtain, but at that price and because we were only there for one night, I didn't want to make it a big deal. Cora's in the lobby is an amazing perk and sort of the only reason we chose it.

The wi-fi was intermittent - we kept getting kicked back to 5G and using data on our devices. We were also disappointed that there was no mini fridge to store snacks and drinks as we were there for a couple of nights. They also do not check rooms so for a two night stay, you have to request more coffee or anything you need.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working and the room was too warm. We had to open the window to cool the room, but because we were located on the second floor beside/in the parkade, it was very noisy with people talking. I assume we were beside a smoking area. We did request and received a fan, which was very helpful! The view from our room was a concrete wall 2 feel away. We found the hotel to be quite dated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Probably wouldn't return though.
