The breakfast was pretty bad. Hasvrowns were undercooked, sausages abd pancakes extrenely overcooked, all in all pretty terrible breakfast. The room was warn down and the bathtub had this weird cubby that made it pretty useless. The hot tub jets didnt work very well and the pool area was prettt dirty.

The outlet to the lamp didn't work and when i unplugged it also didnt work when i tried to plug somwthing else into it. But we couldnt get it fixed because we didnt arrive till late. The pool had brown specs in the water. There was also black specs in the steam room. The breakfast didnt start until 7am which is too late for leaving for early morning games or flights. Most other hotels breakfast start at least at 6am. So we didnt get any breakfast that was included in our room price.

i enjoyed my stay here, however property needs updates as it had the old hotel signs around the property and in the rooms. hotel room was clean and organized. however walls seem paper thin shout out to the family screaming at 1am and 6am better than a wake up call. was not a fan of the continental breakfast but it is doable.

Tiered hotel, well past it's best

Recently sold by Radisson, this hotel is getting desperate for a full refresh. Everything is getting tatty. Rooms arecred hot (In winter) and no opening windows for a bit of fresh air. Room light switches, for example, barely work. Room lighting so dim, you can't see what you are doing in the shower. Don't get me wrong. It isn't horrific, but there's not a single good point I can mention.

I can say our check in was pretty seamless- however the buffet staff clearly hated their jobs and were rude and annoyed - breakfast also wasn’t good- our room had plenty of space but there was hair in the bathroom- on the towels and on the sheets- we didn’t have a comforter or enough towels for three. The room was also very dark. Disappointing stay unfortunately and it’s in a sketchy area.

Room was hot. The AC was difficult to change and very noisy. The temperature kept going up to 23 after we turned it down. It was difficult to sleep through the night. Minimal places to sit. The bed & 1 chair. No couch. One of the attached night stands was not beside the bed, but in an awkward spot around the corner. The room was clean but very dated.

No longer part of the Radisson franchise. Noticed a decline in upkeep. The place feels shabby. Rooms are dark. It was quiet so that is a plus. I didn’t try to eat the free breakfast in the restaurant. I did try to find a bottle of water in the hotel. A difficult transaction in the bar. Sadly things seem to be on the decline.

Appaerntly there is only1 ice machine, at least that we know of. We ever did find.it. Reception told me on the 2nd floor nope, then I was told in the Lounge, Lounge doesn't open until 4. Then Inwas told at the far e d of the mail floor in tower 1, never got there bexause I got ice from the Lounge bar. I walked all over and did not find it. That ticked me off a bit.

Called a few days prior to check in to get early check in, they said no problem, then upon checking in, our room was not ready and they moved us rooms next to people who banged on the door at 9:30 pm because they claimed we were being loud and proceeded to complain about our noise level.

The hotel itself, is gorgeous. Very spacious, a lot of natural lighting in the lobby and aesthetically pleasing. Customer service was lackluster. The check in took way longer than it should have. There were three customer service assistants behind the counter, and for some reason all three had to use one computer to help one customer. Very unusual. One big disappointment was the hot tub and pool were closed. I booked my stay based on this amenity. Very unfortunate. The room (2 queen bed) was an ok size. A little small. There was no microwave, glasses were dirty, bedsheets had a questionable stain and there was no toilet paper in either of the holders. I don’t plan to book this hotel again
