Place was nice and new. Host let us reschedule our dates last minute to accommodate a surgery date change which was extremely kind, however the property itself was a let down for a few reasons. The shower temp was either way too hot or too cold - No middle ground which is strange for a new building. Very minimal items in the unit which makes me wonder if this host is familiar with hosting. We were there 5 nights and ran out of many items and didn’t have any access to standard things expected in a rental. Face cloths, can opener, cooking utensils, hair conditioner, hair dryer, etc. There was very little communication. No proper welcome message to advise on amenities, expectations, etc. I had to ask for the WiFi, and there was no communication on where to dispose of the garbage when we were there. My mom got locked in the garage room because it wasn’t communicated that you need the key fob to get out. Internet was not strong enough to run our phones. The tv didn’t work because it ran off Internet. No check-in message during our stay. I had to ask for the checkout instructions and expectations. Very standards expectations were not met. I tried to send a message to the host so I can communicate these issues instead of posting all of this on my review, however, they did not respond so this was my only option. For context, I have never left a bad review.
