⸻ During our first night at your accommodation, we were warmly greeted by the host with a smile. The hotel itself is clean and spacious, and we immediately felt comfortable. That night, however, we experienced an incident that could have turned out very differently if it hadn’t been for your front desk staff. Our 9-year-old son, who had never done this before, sleepwalked out of our room and found himself alone in the hallway. Realizing he didn’t know which room we were in, he approached your staff at the front desk for help. Thankfully, our son knew his parents’ first and last names, and your staff quickly located our room, called us, and safely reunited us. They were gentle, kind, and reassuring in how they comforted a very frightened child, as well as how they calmed his frantac but greatful parents and siblings. I am forever grateful for the compassion and professionalism your staff showed that night.

Staying here was an awesome experience; will gladly return. Hotel is very clean, quiet, comfy beds, staff is very friendly and professional, checking and out was a breeze, working AC’s and fridges, nicely renovated with tidy furnishings, easy parking, nice breakfast buffet and in-hotel restaurant and pub; can’t say a negative thing here!!

The establishment is definitely older. The room was ok. Tv was very old and had distortions. couldn’t use Netflix. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t leave the door open, it was the smallest possible footprint. Carpets were dated
