Clean and functional room. Big fan of the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Continental breakfast was tasty and the staff brought fresh food out right up until 10am. Hot tub was enjoyable. Pool was refreshing yet on the smaller side, especially if we hadn’t been the only ones in it. Only complaint was room USB ports were all broken.

Well appointed rooms. Clean. Friendly staff. Heated, underground parking was a nice surprise. Pool was a bit small and breakfast was repetitive, both minor things.

Not impressed with the inconsiderate hockey teams and parents. Letting the kids run amok all night yelling and running up and down the hallways while their parents sat in the communal areas drinking their faces off. Terrorizing the pool area so nobody else could use it. Sleep wasn’t achieved for my family because of the noise and we paid a big amount to stay here. Also the room lacked all necessary amenities and when asked the staff for more towels and blankets we were told they didn’t have any. Very bad image for the holiday inn hotel chain.
