Staff didn't allow for a late checkout until noon. Checked into the room, and smelled strongly of smoke...it had been recently smoked in. I let staff know and they put us in another room, but it didn't have 2 beds...it had 1 bed and a pullout. Would not provide a discount for the inconvenience.

I WAS 12MINS PAST FROM MY CHECK OUT TIME BECAUSE THERE WERE LAST DETAILS BEFORE I GO TO CHURCH AND THE STAFF WHO CHECKED ME OUT REALLY SHOWED BAD FACIAL EXPRESSION WHICH REALLY DISAPPOINTS ME BECAUSE HE LACKS PROFESSIONALISM!
