Clean room, very friendly staff. But noise insulation was poor. Too noisy and people were partying so it was even worse. Breakfast was very limited and not in a separated dining area, was with limited chairs and table in the lobby. Many people couldn’t find a sit and had to go back to their room.

Extremely easy and smooth check in process. The room was very clean and beds were really comfy. Only complaint is the door to the bathroom in our room was a pocket door and it did not even remotely come close to closing. You could hear everything in the bathroom.

They only clean room on 5th day of your stay, Ice machine on my floor was out of order during my stay and one of the 2 elevators was having intermittent issues. Rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good.

What a lovely hotel! So clean and beautiful rooms with so much amenities. The breakfast area may need to be a bit bigger and in an enclosed area as it’s quite noisy and many people at one time. Other then that fantastic!
