The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very nice but could use some fixing, repairs here and there. The elevators are slow and inconsistent with the directions and stops. But overall it was a nice hotel and the staff were all very good.

I have been staying here for years and have noticed the deterioration of the property. I arrived and wanted to shower and there was so little water pressure it was not ideal. The towels are old and rough. I could not park in the usual parking area and i do not feel safe walking through the parking lots in the back. The rooms are clean . I have just seen that all the extras are gone . I never ised to pay for parking . Now its $32 . I do not eat there as it is basic and not worth the $ . My guest from Italy asked about the drycleaning and it took a few days for the turnaround . Not concierge is always difficult. For 400 a night . Not worth the $.Disapppinted and will be looking for another place to hang my hat .

The staff were very accommodating. I asked for two additional pillows for the king bed, as 3 was not enough for me. They were very prompt in bringing me one. The room was clean, the bathtub was nice and deep. I extended my stay and they were great about letting me keep the room. Will definitely return next time I'm in Edmonton!

Not great we were to be upgraded and was not. Linens were worn and torn. Smokers congregated at the front door so we had to walk through smoke each time we left the building.

We stayed in three different hotels during our trip to Canada and this was my favourite: the staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating and friendly. There's a lovely bar/restaurant where we enjoyed evening drinks and desserts. We stayed in a suite and I'd definitely recommend the upgrade - spacious, well equipped, nicely maintained. It was a lovely stay and thank you to everybody on the desk and in the bar who made it such a nice experience.

Doesn't offer free breakfast to guests. "Only government and local businesses". Seems like a weird choice for a hotel Location of the hotel is great and you can walk to many restaurants and cafe's Carpet felt decent, showerhead was pretty bad, pillows quite bad as well Probably not worth the money anymore since they got rid of breakfast. But location is good at least
