We put in for the 4:20am airport shuttle. At 8:30pm when I returned from dropping off the car. The employee was on a couch on her phone. I sent the kids to bed went to shower at 10:30pm they were calling our room to tell us we had to take the 3:50am shuttle. They woke up both kids. Not impressed.

Staff, we decided to do the complimentary breakfast upon arrival down stairs when we were eating there was Muslim prayer playing over the whole PA system this is completely unacceptable there is a time and a place for any prayer but a place of business in which children and families are is NOT OK. When I told the staff member this was not ok I was told they play it 3 times a day…..I will never stay or let my family and friends stay here ever. This is Canada we have 2 national languages which are English and French. We also do not push our religion on to people…..playing it over the PA system feels pushed religion into the patrons.
