This property has been renovated and they did a good job with it. The bathroom looks like everything has been replaced. It wasn’t perfect but for the money it was a great stay. The staff was helpful and the location was great. I would stay here again.

The room supposed to be a non smoking room but as soon as got into the room can smell smoke and disgust!! Four people staying but only two bath towels. Swimming pool water was not clean and milky.

Room was ok. Tub had something stuck to the bottom. Someone came in and emptied my garbage, moved a towel but didn’t make the bed or replace coffee, glasses etc. found that odd. Gym is missing ton of equipment, extremely dirty and broken equipment.

The property is conveniently located near the shopping center and dining options, but unfortunately, it falls short in cleanliness. I found it unacceptable to walk barefoot in the room due to the state of the floors. The carpet is not only dirty but also heavily stained. The light bulbs were covered in dust that could have easily been addressed with a vacuum. Additionally, the bathroom did not meet basic cleanliness standards. My family's experience at this hotel was disappointing, with dirty bed sheets and pillows. Overall, there was nothing about this hotel that met our expectations. Not worth the stay, I would recommend booking elsewhere. Had I been able to cancel the room and leave without penalty we would have packed up and found a different hotel. While the perception of our room was clean, it had a wet dank smell in it, it also smelled like it used to be or was recently smoked in, but we were limited to certain rooms as we were travelling with our dogs. When cleaning up water on the floor that had leaked from the fridge thawing, the cloth went from white to a very dark color, meaning the floors had not be sufficiently cleaned. We all woke up with stuffed heads and tight lungs which cleared eventually after spending most of the next day outside. The hallways had dust piles and dust bunnies in it, the entrance was dirty, the AC units in the old breakfast area were extremely dirty and covered in dust and potentially mold. It had cigarette butts every where, there were buckets of old, extremely dirty water around the area. It did not give a welcoming feeling, the pool was too cold for our kids to swim in, the chairs in the pool were rusty. On top of that they were redoing the asphalt in part of the parking lot and the workers were cleaning with leaf blowers which covered many of the patrons vehicles in dust and debris, which they did not care about one bit. Overall experience was very poor, even for the decent price that was offered.
