Good location. Room was not clean as one would expect, dusting needs improvement, hot water was warm at best and took 8 minutes to heat up. Curtains were partially derailed. All small issues but they do matter.

Long Stay

This was a long one. 9 nights. I really liked that Chop is attached to the hotel. Its very convenient to justvwalk to dinner or breakfast instead of driving after a long day at work. Chop staff are very good, and i always feel welcome. I am not happy that my promised VIP room upgrade was not honored. I was told the hotel was full. No compensation was offered because of thevlack of upgrade which is disappointing. I should not beed to ask for additional compensation when a promised amenity is not delivered. I was also told that i should call the property after bookingbto guarantee my upgrade. Sounds inconvenient but i will in the future. The hotel should not make me beg for their upgrades.

TVs need an up date most people can cast now. and K cup coffee makers would be nice. Beds were nice and comfortable. But they need an instruction sheet for how the shower works on the wall or something it took me 5 minutes of fiddling to figure it out. Room was very clean they have rolling barn doors on the bedroom needs grease or something closed easy but wife couldn’t get it back open with out help.
