Absolutely love this hotel. The front desk staff is so helpful and kind. The entire property is well kept and clean, especially the room. Everyone was so friendly to my dog. The only thing I’d say needs improving is the snack room. I was there for 3 days and it was unkept the entire time. It’s not a big deal at all but it’s funny how different it is from the rest the hotel. Thanks for a great stay! I’ll definitely be staying here every time I come through.

Best Hotel in Sherwood Park

We always stay in this hotel when we go to Edmonton, we love the room layouts, nice getting the closed off bedroom area so kiddo can sleep while parents still watch TV or hang out. My only complaint is that we were on the 4th floor and it was uncomfortably hot - the thermostat said 21 degrees but it was more like 23-24. Pool and amenities at this hotel are great. Will gladly come back!
