– $56.50 Damage Waiver covering accidental damage up to $700 (no deposit hold required)
– $700 refundable security deposit released 7 days after checkout
✦ Damage waiver does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, pet-related issues, or policy violations

Pet-Friendly Stay
✦ Pets welcome with prior approval
✦ Pet fees:
– $163.50 per pet for 1–4 nights
– $150 per pet for 5–13 nights
– $300 per pet for 14+ nights
