I booked on Expedia 3 hrs prior to check in and it wasnt in the system. The staff at checkin was rude and would let us checkin with out a valid credit card for a deposit. I offered cash and debit card. My company card was maxed out from previous travel and the payment had not been applied even after 4 days. We had to call a fellow workers mom, woke her up to get her credit card to apply to the deposit. He was also rude her .

Room is comfortable, and breakfast is awesome. Convenient location to access Yellowhead HWY & Anthony Henday. McDonald's is in the same area so as Esso Gas station. All staffs are nice & kind.
