Suite is clean, & ready for you. Neighborhood is peaceful, & the home is quiet. Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, Disney, & Amazon prime available
The suite is located in the Prestigious Chappelle Garden Community and it offers.

Exterior security camera is located at the front of the garage outside and at the door bell/ the exterior entrance of the suite, to secure the door outside for your safety.
The unit is located at the walkout basement behind the house, please expect to climb some stairs leading to the basement.
There are two private units behind, well labeled for easy identification.
Entire studio is accessible, and private with no one sharing with you.
Washer and Dryer close to the entrances can be accessed by guests (just one guest sharing this).
