Shower had great water pressure. I was tired and chilly when I arrived and even managed to step out of my car into a water puddle so my feet were wet! Nice, quiet and clean room was perfect. Google Maps screwed up the directions for finding the hotel...I have let them know to fix it. I will stay there again.

No plug for the tub. Toilet loose from floor. Irion board but no iron, bedside lamp switch will not be stable to have lamp on. Tv remote has no battery cover and cannot function tv from bed. Very friendly staff. When I initially walked into the room booked the cleanliness wasnt up to par. I called the front desk staff and they were quick to apologize and moved us to a new room with out hesitation.

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for, so while I would use this place in the future at least there would be no surprises. The rooms have never been updated and smell like the days of Smoking in the rooms ( Real Gross) the carpet was damp and sticky Take your flipflops, and the toilet was like sitting on a chair with one leg shorter than the rest.... The TV remote is broken and you have to cradle it just so to be able to change the channel of the (Guessing) 32" TV on the positive. The AC worked and the Sheets were clean Positive, the sheets were clean.

Not enough towels, dirty rooms (smelled like cigarette smoke), breakfast was pathetic, heat was cranked on high (it was +28 Celsius), booked a outside door room was told only through Expedia can you book them, zero amenities, no coffee machine in room. Fridge was unplugged, spoke to another gentleman they stayed there and he found meth in his room, blow dryer for my wife took some convincing to make it work, no security measures for coming in later (as we attended a wedding during our stay and waltz right in)and etc. Will never be booking there again. I'll go across the street to BEST WESTERN.

Got threatened by another guest. We called the cops. Security kicked us out. Not the guy who wanted to fight us. Incredible logic. One room had actual meth in it. The other? Sheets that looked like someone filmed a low-budget porno on them. And get this—security dude claimed he was the owner. Spoiler: he’s not. Just a power-tripping rent-a-cop playing hotel tycoon. Staff = useless. Vibe = trailer park meets crime doc. Stay here if you hate yourself. Otherwise, book literally anywhere else.

Hotel was very seedy looking. Very uncomfortable for a single traveller. Property not kept up Shower tile was grungy. Took forever to get hot water. Staff was accommodating and helpful When I arrived I was told only had 1 night but was to be 3. Hotel.com was responsible as I did change my stay from 5 to 3. The person I talked on the phone was hard to understand and obviously not capable. Said non smoking rooms but the room reeked of smoke. I will never use your website again or recommend you. I should be given a refund
