Do not waste your money or time. Floors were disgusting, room smelt horrible. Walls looked yellow from smoke, shower didn’t work, no water pressure. Super sketchy place. Gives Travelodge a bad name.

The room that I was in was outdated. I could hear conversations from other rooms. The free continental breakfast was mediocre, and Im not sure why bother issuing vouchers when it should be offer for free.

For the price — it wasn’t bad at all. I had a great sleep, a nice shower, and I threw on the AC and watched some TV before bed. But the elevator was broken, water slide was broken, hallways were dirty, and the place is quite outdated. I’d say that the best summary is that you get what you pay for with this hotel. Don’t expect anything lavish, just a place to sleep.

Our stay was just average. The elevator on the west side of the building wasn’t working, and we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. We had to ask if there was an attendant who could assist us with our bags. Only two towels were provided, even though there were three of us. The air conditioner and exhaust fan were also too loud—we had to turn them off just to watch TV. The hotel was fully booked over the weekend, and they had limited appliances available for breakfast. They should have been better prepared. A special mention goes to their pancake maker, which had a long line. It also took time to remove the pancakes from the pan because they kept sticking.

You get what you pay for. This is no high-end hotel. There was mostly carbs for breakfast. Protein option was bagged hard-boiled eggs. No hot items, except for waffles. The area was small for breakfast but there is an over-flow room. Our sink would not drain, so we had to ask for repair. As well, the A/C unit in our room was not working. The service was quick and excellent, with all repairs done in one day. The elevator is small; hope you pack light! The rooms are smaller but the price matches. The pool is very small and could be checked regularly for chlorine levels and pH balance. Had kids bathe after every swim and washed their bathing suits to get the excess chlorine out. It's a cheap price per night and close to WEM, if that is your vacation destination.

Seems that Housekeeping are not bothering to change bed linen and shower curtain still have lots of hair in bath tub shower curtain and all our bed are unchanged linen.

We stayed for 2 nights and were quite disappointed with some aspects of the service. The room had very limited toiletries—only one small shampoo, conditioner,soap, and 2 big towel provided, which wasn’t sufficient for three people over two days. Additionally, no one came to clean the room or take out the garbage during our stay, which is expected from a hotel.

The experience could have been more pleasant. Unfortunately, the lift was out of service and the pool was under maintenance during my stay. Considering the facilities were limited, I believe I could have found a better option at a lower cost.
