We stayed even knowing the elevator was broken. But did not expect our tub not yo work, the heat wouldn't shut off so we were hot all night, the people on the floor were needy(possibly homeless) and there was at least 5 dogs on our floor barking in the morning. 10/10 do not recommend.

First morning breakfast toaster was not working cups for coffee they ran out nothing in stock.Room wise bed was made with same sheets with dirty Kleenex in covers toilet paper was empty no replacement. Hot tub was cold and dirty my wife bathing suit was blue stay for 25 minutes it took the colour out asked for towels prior to get in still waiting had to knock on the window for service

First red flag, sketchy security in the entrance. I checked in and when we got to our room noticed immediately that someone had already been there. The bathroom was used and 1 bed was unmade. When I went back to the reception she told me someone had already checked into the room but decided to leave once they were told the waterslide wasnt running. I had booked with a third party so had to contact them for a refund. When the third party called the reception she stated I only was canceling due to the water slide being closed and I corrected her and said it was because the room they gave me wasnt cleaned. The receptionist was very rude. While waiting for my refund there was another gentleman in the lobby who said he had issues with cleanliness in his room and found needles in the bed. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Its $60 a night for a reason.

We had booked 2 nights, however stayed only one and left. The room was in poor condition and was not acceptably clean. There was a self above the toilet that was nearly falling off wall being held up by a roll of toilet paper. The shower curtain was torn and stained. The toilet was not flushing properly. The air conditioner unit on the wall was sealed around by a towel! Top it off I tried to reach front desk by phone and they would not pick up. Add in I could see out the room door around the edges. The elevator quit working, the TV had piss poor reception. Outside there were used needles on the ground and people sleeping outside the entrance way. The fire alarm was pulled at 4 am so sleep was a huge issue. The room was not clean. I found garbage along side one of the beds and there was dirt in the bed skirts. We tried to make the best of it but in the morning when we tried to shower and the water trickled out of the shower head we called it quits. All in all one of the worst places I have ever stayed !!

The room smelled like old man, there were noisy people with kids making screaming noises ubtil 2am after trying to get to sleep i was awoke by fire alarm 3am firw trucks dibt show ubtol 4am to shut off alarm i bately slep.next night i went away to my daughters, it was so stiffy and noisy. Terrible . Dirty place not clean at all.

Everything was good. Quiet and I had a good sleep. Our room had no hair dryer other than that we enjoyed our stay will definitely come back. Only downfall was the doggy park, it was gross, do owners pick up up after their dog?
