The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Problems were couldn't get televisions to work. Staff on site could not get to work. Shower mechanism that diverts water from the tub spout to the shower was very hard too operate. They offered to give us another room but we were already settled in. Staff did everything they could.

It was horrible. There was no on site parking, and when I attempted to speak with the front desk about my concerns they were dismissive and rude. I now have to go through Expedia to try and get my refund as I did not feel safe or comfortable with where they wanted me to leave my car.
