We booked a 6-person family room for our family of 6. When we arrived at the property, it took talking to a manager to get them to give us that room instead of a double. There’s some problem between the property and Expedia that doesn’t let you book the right room for the right price that is clear for all. Also had a poor experience at the buffet dinner restaurant with the wait staff giving our table away when we went to fill our plates and making us wait for 20 minutes to get another table set up for us. The facilities and atmosphere was amazing! It was disappointing that the customer service was not up to par.

Si l'hôtel en lui même est somptueux au premier abord. Nous avons été bien déçus par la suite. Envoyé vers un autre hôtel "la coupole" (qui est clairement le bas de gamme du complexe) nous sommes accueilli par une hôtesse arrogante qui peine à trouver notre réservation, celle ci ayant été faite sur internet. Passé ce moment désagréable qui dénote du reste du personnel qui est en majorité sympathique, les chambres sont sales, sols, mini réfrigérateur, douches (cf photos) , difficile de prendre la douche des petits car l'eau passe du froid au chaud sans transition, l'eau est donc gaspiller en plein désert. Le petit déjeuner... honteux. Des tables sales, non nettoyées, des mouches mortes sur le buffet, de la charcuterie décolorée tellement qu'elle a pris la chaleur et je ne parle pas des crudités. La salade de fruits fraîche mais qui baigne dans de l'oasis.. dommage. Par contre le café est bon et les viennoiseries aussi. Les activités proposées sont sympas (balade en calèche et à dos de chameau, etc.. monsieur très sympa qui aime les animaux) Et les piscines propres (sauf les transats de la piscine centrale) Mais nous avons été déçus par le manque d'authenticité d'un hôtel au coeur du désert Algérien. En Bref, grosse déception. Nous ne le conseillons pas, sauf si vous recherchez une pale copie des Dubai et compagnie.
