EcraAral is a beautiful and comfortable front beach house with 5 bedrooms and 6 complete bathrooms, a pool, open spaces, green areas, kitchen, dinning room, game room and direct access to the beach. Located in a quiet area, at EcraAral you can rest and enjoy local nature and Costa Rican weather, along with your family and friends. Located in El Roble, Puntarenas, driving from Juan Santamaría International Airport should take no more than 50 minutes.
The space
The rate includes a housemaid who works from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., from Monday through Saturday. She will help with the cleaning. The rate will be the same if you don't want to use her service.
A handyman also works and lives in the property. He is in charge of cleaning and maintaining the garden and open areas, as well as the pool. He will greet you upon arrival and run errands if needed. There is parking space for a maximum of 5 cars.

Smoking inside the house, bathrooms or rooms is completely prohibited.
Guest access
When renting you have access to all the amenities of the house.
Other things to note
Although El Roble is known as a safe area, we can assume no responsibility for your personal belongings, either inside or outside the house. Out of common sense caution, the use of expensive jewelry or costly electronic devices at the beach is not recommended, nor to leave them outside the house at night.
