Kitchen & Dining Area:

The spacious Bunk Room, also on the main level, is a whimsical and inviting space for children or extra guests. Adjacent to the Bunk Room is a full bathroom, featuring a shower-tub combo for added convenience.

Just up the stairs to the second level, guests will find the final bedroom suites along with a tucked away desk nook for the work that occasionally must be done. The second king suite is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed. The ensuite bathroom boasts another custom-tiled shower. Just down the hall is the final queen bedroom and right next to it, the fourth bathroom, which includes a shower-tub combo. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

• This home allows up to 2 mature, crate trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.
• Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
• Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
• The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
• All linens and towels provided for your stay.
• Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
• Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
• Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
• Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
• Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
• Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
