Welcome to The Tipsy Bear, a luxurious retreat in the prestigious Lodges at Eagles Nest. This spacious four-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it the perfect destination for family gatherings or group vacations.

Take in breathtaking long-range mountain views from the expansive upper deck or relax in the bubbling hot tub located on the lower deck. Inside, the living room offers a cozy atmosphere with its gas fireplace, ideal for chilly evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, featuring modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals for your group. On the main level, the primary suite provides a private escape with an en-suite bathroom that includes a soaking tub, a tiled shower, and double granite vanities for ultimate convenience and comfort.

On the lower level, the den invites relaxation with a second gas fireplace, a TV, leather seating, and direct access to the deck where the hot tub awaits. A custom-built bunk bed with four twin beds, each with its own light and outlet, offers a fun and cozy space for younger guests. This level also includes a king en-suite with a TV, granite counters, a water closet, and a tiled shower; another king en-suite with a TV and tiled shower; and a fourth queen bedroom. The fourth bedroom is situated near a full bathroom with a tiled shower, shared with guests staying in the bunk area.

Outside, gather around the outdoor gas fireplace to enjoy the fresh mountain air and sparkling night skies. Whether you're unwinding by the fire, soaking in the hot tub, or marveling at the stunning scenery, The Tipsy Bear promises a serene and memorable mountain escape.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- All linens and towels provided.
- This homeowner monitors the driveway with a security camera.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
