cockroaches

The room had cockroaches all over the room, even on the headboard of the bed, in the sink and in the bathroom.

We found mold in the fridge, bathroom and in the cupboard. It was infested with cockroaches and the curtains on the window were just hanging without support. We requested another room and were told non were available. We asked for a refund and were told no refund. They took another $50/- refundable deposit, which I have not received. The description of the property ( pictures etc) are not of this property. Do not stay here. The health department should be informed about this. We did take pictures and videos of the room including the cockroaches. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We didn’t even stay there and they would not refund. It was horrible and does not resemble the photos at all. The clerk was behind glass because it was so bad and dangerous

I checked in the room door was wide open. There were no beds and trash everywhere. It was honestly scary. Terrible! Do not go! Everything you see on their website is a lie.
