Clean and friendly staff. During our stay there were lots of guests using the swimming pool area and the staff did their best to accommodate all. Unfortunately the water in the swim pool was ice cold thankfully we were able to use the hot tub. Breakfast was bad but not any worse than any other continental breakfast. Real food would be appreciated. Good for one night stay to get good sleep and rest.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good. The rooms were far below expectations. Holes in the curtains. Holes in the towels. They were repainting the pool during highest temperatures. Oddest placement of coffee pot, next to the bed. Beat up furniture.

We would have liked to know in advance that pool & hot tub were closed for renovation. The place is okay if you need just a bed & a shower, but it needs widespread renovation and renewal. It feels old & gritty. It’s kind of like Elko itself: okay if you had to be there, but just okay.

Older hotel, unfortunately had a downstairs room the ceiling creeked, and cracked as people above moved and talked. Kept me up for about two hours. Wasn't great! Then it's a pet friendly hotel and the neighbors dog kept barking.
