Room smelled terrible, window was wide open as clearly they were trying to air it out. No shower curtain in bathroom. No water in the pool, courtyard smelled like pee. Empty beer bottles strewn about. Super sketchy area of town. Awful.

I have been staying at this hotel 4 different times over the last 5 years. Every year someone in our group gets a heating or cooling maintenance issue. I have had it happen twice to me. This time my room was 87 degrees. A maintenance ticket was put in and nothing changed. I was given another room and it was 85 degrees. This is the last time my group will be staying there.

Stayed here for a whole week for work and everything was great! Clean and the suite we got was perfect. The Lady’s at the front desk were very nice and helped everytime i needed anything.

The room was huge, the noise from hall was like it’s in our room. Despite the third floor was called smoke-free, room had a distinct smell. The faucet had issues with water drainage, leading to slow and insufficient flow. Water pooled in the basin, indicating possible plumbing issues that affected the overall bathroom experience.
