We have strict no pet policy.
Booking Guest must be of 25 years of age. Up to 4 Cars can be parked only on the driveway. Weight capacity of bunkbeds is 200 Lbs. For TVs please use your Amazon Prime or Netflix Account.
We kindly ask that you leave the home in the same condition at check-out as it was when you arrived. Thank you for your cooperation! Please make sure to follow the check-in and check-out procedures carefully to avoid any additional charge of $500. Do not temper with the settings of the thermostat.

The house was beautiful, inside and out. The host was very welcoming and available via text in case we needed anything. Home was very cozy, roomy, warm and brand new. Beds were comfy, parking was easy, neighborhood was quiet. Less than 10 minute drive to Holiday Valley. Less than 5 min drive to downtown Ellicottville or 15-minute walk via very well-maintained sidewalk. Looking forward to staying here again!

A great little get away fully loaded with all the things that make my kids excited, double bunk beds, tv in their room, etc. owner was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a quiet spot to stay close to everything this spot is for you!

Spacious and clean

Our family of 4 stayed here for two nights for a ski vacation. It was great having so much space for our gear. The place could easily accommodate 8, with two master bedrooms and 4 sleeping in bunk beds. It was clean and they even gave us a welcome gift.

Great place short drive from town and slopes

This place is beautiful and you can tell its a new build by the smell and cleanliness. Owners are super responsive and veru helpful. Even left a nice little gift on thw island for our business which the kids loved. Highly recommend and will visit again for sure!
