Neighborhood description-
The Cabin on Deer Hill is quiet and peaceful, and located in the highly desirable gated community of the Coosawattee River Resort!

Guests will have access to:

✔ 3 community pools, one of which is indoors and heated year round

✔ hiking trails

Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, we will do our best to get them handled as soon as possible, but please note there is nobody living on site 24/7.

For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

You will be heading to the North Georgia Mountains. It's a very fun place, but some areas can be remote and you may have issues with cell service depending your provider. While we do have the fastest internet available in the area and it works great for most guests, it may not be as fast as you're used to.

All guests must be 25 years old or older, with the exception of children with parents.

After booking, guest must provide to host the name of any guests aged 16 years or older so that they may have access to enter the community gate.

There is a camera at the front of the property outdoors for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave the cabin immediately. This is for your protection.

No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per occurrence

No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, or other things that are beyond our control

Starter packs of soap, shampoos, toiletries, Keurig pods for the coffee station are provided, but we recommend you bring extra supplies, especially if you have booked an extended stay.

Ziplocs, tin foil, firewood, condiments, coffee for the regular coffee maker, etc. are not provided. Please plan accordingly.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee, and you will be asked to leave the cabin immediately with no refund

Absolutely no fires or open flames or candles in the property. The only exception is in the designated fireplace. Any unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus any damages incurred.

There is no recreational drug use or illegal activity permitted on the property. Any violation of local laws and you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.

Shooting firearms or hunting is not allowed within the Coosawattee River Resort community. Any violation of local laws or community rules will render immediate vacate of the property with no refund.
