Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all garbage bags in the outside garbage cab at the back left side of cabin. Lock cans as Bears can get in. Failure to do so will cause you to be charged an excess clean up fee
Makes sur hot tub is turned down to 95 degrees, pump off. The low speed recirculation may be on and you can't shut pump off. Light off and covers securely and squarely put on, and flaps down.
All arcade games, Tv's off. Leave all linens on beds. Towels to be put in front of washer and dryer. Keep black makeup towels in a separate pile.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything was great! We had a fun time. Great location, views, and things to do at the cabin! Cabin was very clean and decorated nicely for Christmas, which was a great touch! The futons upstairs weren’t the best for sleeping and we also had some challenges getting hot showers but other than that, we had a really smooth experience. Alex is easy to work with!

Celebrated my mom's 70th birthday there!! There was plenty odf space for her sistera and brothers.Booking was really simple, the host was quick to respond back to any questions that I had. The cabin was amazing!! Everything from the front to the back..The rooms were well equipped with extra blankets..The downstairs bedrooms were a little cooler, but there were electrical fireplaces and an extra heater ..The fireplace in the downstairs bathroom keep the room nice and toasty..The fireplace in the main room went out I texted Alex and he responded immediately.He sent out maintaince who arrived within a couple mins..The overall experience was a 10 out of 10 .Would definitely book again

We met up with family for an early Christmas celebration. This cabin was very well appointed and beautifully decorated for Christmas! Our whole family had a wonderful time. Great Escape

The location is amazing! Tons of trees and in the woods but close enough to others to not be freaked out. Deer EVERYWHERE!!! They even provided deer food which was nice and the kids loved! The home was nice and cozy! Family gathered and laughed and it was great! The host was very kind and accommodated in such last minute since we were evacuating from the hurricane! I would for sure go back even if there isn’t a hurricane!

The best of times and the less than ideal

We had a marvelous week! Alex responded immediately to all my questions. We enjoyed the arcade games in the loft! The clubhouse, miniature golf and pool were great! We enjoyed the large main room and kitchen. While the dining table wasn’t big enough for all of us we were able to use the picnic table on the porch although it was warm which would have been fine if the fans were working. While the house will sleep 16 it’s not truly a place for multiple families. Three bathrooms aren’t enough for the number 16! Also the ice maker never was sufficient even though they tried to adjust it. If you’re not comfortable with driving narrow and winding and steep roads the 10 minute drive from the gate might be a problem. But we had a great time

Great Cabin!

Great trip! Well appointed and equipped. Clean and everything was very user friendly. The listing is very accurate, with one exception. The listing indicates that there are 4 queen bedrooms. Actually there are only 3 Queen bedrooms, there is a fourth Queen bed but it is in a “nook” and is not private. You must walk through the “nook” with Queen bed in order to get to one of the three Queen bedrooms. It was not a huge problem for us as all our guests were family but if you need four actual private bedrooms for your guests, this otherwise wonderful cabin doesn’t provide four private bedrooms. The owner was easy to communicate with and promptly responded. And the Ellijay area was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

It was absolutely great having our three kids with their kids. The cousins getting to spend time together was enjoyable. Feeding the deer and the fire pit were the favorites. We live beachside in Florida so the winding roads and all the wooded terrain made for an exciting time. Highly recommended for a little getaway.
