No Smoking in cabin or anywhere on the property due to potential fire hazards. If found out you did smoke you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Only one house-trained dog up to 20 lb. Bring a crate/bedding for your dog. Guests are responsible for damages that result from their dog.
Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a min. of $50 with a max. of $250.

Great cabin, great management

First, this cabin is really nice. We had 4 adults and 1 kid and the cabin provided everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We had deer walk right up to the back patio each day. The driveway is easy to get up and the location is close to a gate and the covered pool (rec center). We had a few things we messaged the property manager regarding and they immediately responded, taking care of everything by the end of the day. I was super impressed with management of this property and how clean it was. Oh, and the master bedroom is gigantic! We really like staying in this community due to the amenities it offers and closeness to local restaurants and attractions, we will definitely stay in this cabin again.
