The ground level of this home is where you will find Bedroom #1 with a queen bed, games, a Smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth Sound System, and a full bathroom.

Level one has the other three bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Smart TV, and deck access. Bedroom #3 has a Twin/Double Bunk Set, Smart TV, and DVD player. Both of these two rooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom #4 is the master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, deck access, and a private bathroom.

Level two is the great room including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as an additional half bathroom.

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
