Enjoy fishing, clamming or swimming from your own newly completed, private dock. Stairs located at dock landing for easy kayak, paddleboard and water access (two kayaks and one paddleboard provided). The dock landing has a boat lift so you can bring your shallow water or bay boat (max. 5,000 lb. capacity) and for an additional $600 per week you’ll have access to the Tide Tamer 4-piling boat lift with bunks (the public boat ramp is less than a mile away). This will save you time and the frustration of having to dock your boat at another location. We have pilings for docking jet skis and the large umbrella provides the perfect spot to sit and relax while birdwatching and enjoying the water and gorgeous sunset views. Covered patio/decks on first and second floors with high-sitting Adirondack captain’s chairs, indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system, ceiling fans on the top floor for cool, comfortable views of the gorgeous sound, even when it’s raining. The hot tub overlooking the sound is a great way to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. An open concept living/kitchen space with hard surface flooring throughout has clear views of the water. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas range and oven, wireless internet, pool table. Primary and one guest bedroom each have their own walkout onto the top deck overlooking Bogue Sound. The downstairs apartment has a separate entrance and is bright and sunny with its own mini-kitchen, Smart TV, soundfront bedroom, and living area with direct access to the furnished deck. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower, park-style charcoal grill and a large Breeo fire pit/outdoor area to grill and chill with the family. Small side yard for playing cornhole and other outdoor games. Exterior cargo elevator available for an additional $100 per week. Great location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac nestled in the maritime forest with a short ten-minute walk to the beach.
