This apartment is truly unique in its design and character. Feels as though you're staying out in the country yet is less than a mile outside of the city limits of Enterprise. These are premium accommodations at an economy price.

**The space**
Fully equipped kitchen surrounded by beautiful dark walnut bar, 65" Roku TV w/premium cable, HBO Max, Amazon Prime and many other premium Apps. Plush Aniline leather couch and chair, in house laundry, and upper loft with queen size DreamCloud Hybrid Mattress and Roku smart TV. Also, there is a large covered parking area directly outside of the front door large enough to accommodate 2 small vehicles.

**Guest access**
Guests can use the ground floor covered patio around back, along with the firepit with 5 Adirondack chairs and covered outdoor kitchen/grilling area.

**Other things to note**
Apartment is accessed with four digit code which will be given to the guest prior to arrival. I am available to help at check in, however guests may arrive after hours and access the apartment on their own...

**Stairs**
Guests must be able to climb stairs. Children should be old enough to safely negotiate stairs or young enough not to be able to reach them on their own. A child gate available upon request.

**Pet Policy**
I get a lot of requests to make an exception to my policy of not allowing pets. Not only do I need to protect my investment, but I need to consider those that may have pet allergies. With all the carpet and top grain leather couch this apartment is simply not suited for animals.

**EV Charging**
A Level 1 - 110v 30a RV outlet is available for a small fee, upon request, for EV charging. Guest is a responsible for providing proper adapter for their vehicle. Guest should make contact with me prior to booking, or at least prior to arrival to ensure availability and access.

**Cleanliness note**
In between guests we wash ALL bedding. Many VRBO hosts, and most hotels, do not wash bed cover often. They often use big fluffy comforters that look great in pictures but are impractical and difficult to wash. We use thin fleece blankets that are warm, comfortable, and very easy to wash. We ALWAYS wash all bathroom floor mats, and ALWAYS clean and disinfect all hard surface floors. I was surprised to discover how many people out there simply sweep in between guests, and only wash bathroom mats when they look dirty. Finally, a plasma air purification system is installed within the air handler to help kill germs and viruses and improve air quality throughout the apartment.

**Security**
For safety and security purposes, the entire area surrounding the outside of the building, including the covered parking area, is covered by overlapping security cameras.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be close to Tartan Pines Golf Club. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the apartment.
