Large ground-floor apartment in a villa surrounded by the pine forest, located very close to the beach. It accommodates up to 8 guests and features four bedrooms (two double rooms and two with bunk beds), two bathrooms, and a functional layout ideal for families or groups. A washing machine is available, and the villa offers two private parking spaces in the large shared garden. Just outside the apartment, you will find a table with chairs where you can enjoy the fresh air of the pine forest. To reach the beach, you walk through a park with playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and cycling paths. Guests can choose between equipped beach facilities or the free beach.
