Large new house in a residential area located in the town of Erdeven, 3km from Kerhilio beach, 1.7km from a supermarket, 400m from the shopping centre and 10km from Carnac.

- Living room/Dining room: sofas, TV, TV stand, table and chairs, storage. Patio door open to garden equipped with outdoor furniture, charcoal barbecue.

- Open and fully equipped kitchen: filter and Senseo coffee makers, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, storage. Adjacent utility room with fridge/freezer.

- Ground floor Bedroom 1: 1 140cm bed, large wardrobe, TV, TV stand. Adjoining bathroom with large walk-in shower, single washbasin, storage and towel dryer. Separate WC with hand basin.

- Garage: washing machine and tumble dryer

Upstairs:

- Bedroom 2: 2 90cm beds, bedside tables, storage

- Bedroom 3: 1 160cm bed, bedside tables, storage

- Bathroom: double washbasin, storage, walk-in shower, towel dryer. Separate WC.

- Mezzanine with 140cm sofa bed, TV, TV stand.

Maison fonctionnelle et bien située pour des vacances en famille. Il manque quelques équipements (notamment ustensiles de cuisine) mais nous avons apprécié les vélos mis à disposition ! Nous avons eu des problèmes de clés et serrures, réglés par l’agence.
