In Erquy, we offer you this warm and welcoming 160 m² villa with a magnificent view of the port and Cap d'Erquy, overlooking the town and the coast. You'll enjoy exceptional views from the living rooms and 2 terraces.
Ty Far is a new 160 m² house on 3 levels, 1 of which is timber-framed, and can accommodate up to 8 people. The living room is large and bright, so you'll feel right at home, and the cosy atmosphere will charm you. You'll appreciate the originality of this atypical vacation home and its ideal location.

The neighborhood
Shops and market in town center 5 minutes' walk away, bakery less than 5 minutes away, ideal for fresh bread every morning. Access by footpath (the house overlooks Erquy, with a slight gradient on the way).

The nearest beaches are a 10-minute walk away, at Caroual, a large sandy beach and a paradise for sand yachting and water sports. Plage du Centre, a smaller beach in the heart of the town, sheltered between Cap d'Erquy and Pointe de la Heussaye, bordered by a pedestrian dike with a children's playground.

Nautical activities :
Sailboat, dinghy, kayak, catamaran and windsurfing courses, as well as equipment rental for a little trip out to sea!
Kitesurfing, paddleboarding, surfing, boat trips to discover the Caps d'Erquy and Frehel.
Sea outings on an old rig, the "Sainte Jeanne".

Don't forget your bike for a stroll around town, on the harbor, or to explore Erquy's various neighborhoods...
And for those impressed by Erquy's uneven terrain, electrically-assisted bicycles are available. Cap Fréhel and the port of Dahouët via the greenway are within everyone's reach with an electrically-assisted bicycle. Bikes can be hired from the Erquy Tourist Office or Cap Evasion (camping des Salines Plurien).

- Travelers have access to the entire house except for the boiler room, where the owners store personal belongings.
- As the property is on a slope, access is either from the ground floor (garage level) or from the 2nd floor (living room level).
- The layout of the accommodation is reversed! The bedrooms are located on the lower level, while the living room is dominated by large bay windows, providing permanent natural light.
- A little daylight filters in through the shutters, but if you prefer complete darkness, you'll need to bring along a night mask.
