The unit was extremely clean and comfortable, perfect for two couples. Check-in and out were easy (thanks, Caleb!). We had the added bonus of having a herd of elk come visit the pond below us early in the morning.

This was a fantastic place to stay, it is a great location to everything you need. We had lots of wildlife show up during the day, elk, turkey, deer, rabbits, ducks. Just a beautiful place

We have stayed in this unit before and enjoyed it. But it appears to have been recently updated - new carpet, furniture and decor. The host has added little touches that make you feel welcomed - towel animals, fancy foldings, etc.It has the best view of the little pond and you can sit out in front and view the mountains. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place. Stayed for four nights. Easy drive to RMNP. Peaceful area and very convenient having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms when traveling with kids. Would stay here again.
