Tervetuloa Rocky Mountain -pakoomme! Kun 8-jäseninen perheemme osti tämän .5 hehtaarin erän, tavoitteena oli tehdä lomasta taas hauskaa, minkä vuoksi suunnittelimme tämän kodin alusta alkaen, mukaan lukien yllätykset joka kulman takana piilotetusta lasten leikkihuoneesta valtavaan patioon, joka on rakennettu yli 300: lle. päivän Colorado aurinko! Pohjois-Coloradon alkuperäiskansoina ymmärrämme, että vuorille pääsy on arvokasta. Olemme nöyrä ja innostunut siitä, että etsit paeta ja nauttia vähän siitä, mitä me kutsumme Jumalan maaksi!

Koti on 1600 SF 3 sänkyä, 2. 5 kylpy, moderni, vuoristoinen kaupunkiasunto, joka on puoli duplex. Toinen puoli on saatavana myös vuokrana, jos sinulla on suurempi ryhmä (tiedot odottavat). Avoimen konseptin olohuoneessa on tonnia valoa ja runsaasti ikkunoita, jotka kutsuvat ulkona sisälle.

Valtavalla takapihalla on hieno patio, kuuma kylpyamme, propaanigrilli ja takkakuoppa. Patiosta, näkymät ovat auki avoimia, ja ne ovat omistettu avoimessa tilassa kohti sekoitusta valkoista korkkia ja juurella vuoristomaisemaa. Hirvet ja peurut rakastavat viereistä niittyä ja me rakastamme, että he rakastavat sitä!

Yläkerrassa on kaunis päällikön retriitti, jossa päätasolla on parisänky, jossa on vielä 2 makuuhuonetta ja kylpyamme. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on ylellinen kuningatar-kokoonpano ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 kerrossänkyä, molemmat yhden hengen yli täynnä, ja salainen leikkihuone, jossa on leluja, pelejä ja tonnia enemmän. 8-vuotias perheemme mahtuu erittäin mukavasti kotiin, mutta pyrimme myös luomaan kodin, joka kutsuu juhliin 2–4.

Kuvitellessamme tätä tapaa nähdä, että perheemme vaelsi tai nauti Estesistä päivän aikana ja palasi kotiin perhekeskeiseen ympäristöön, jossa vanhanaikaiset pelit viihtyvät. Vaikka kodissa on kaapeli-tv, WiFi, neljä HD-televisiota ja DVD-soitin, siinä on lautapelejä, foosball-pöytä, palapelit, kortit ja lastenkirjat ja lelut.

Sijaitsee kaupungin länsipuolella, Rocky Mountainin kansallispuiston pääsisäänkäynti on vain tien varrella ja Estes Parkin keskusta on noin 2–3 mailin päässä.

Fall Family Getaway

This VRBO was exactly what we expected, and a perfect place for our family trip. Our family of 5 had more than enough room with a King bed, queen bed, 3 doubles and 2 twins. The hot tub with Mountain View’s was a favorite every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals, and the coffee pot worked well and there were filters and Folgers—thank you! Access to the town of Estes and Rocky Mountain national park were easy from the property location. Parking was good in the driveway of the property. We would definitely book this property again on our next trip to the area.

Great house and amenities

The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, fire pit, and hot tub, and the location and views are great. Our grandchildren visited one day and had lots of fun with all of the kids' activities. We'd love to stay here again.

The Summit

Everything we were hoping for. Beautiful views of the mountain ranges from the back front and actually all sides of the house. Elk and deer roaming the backyard. Close to downtown and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely stay here again. The grandkids loved the secret toy room.

Great location, could use some love.

We stayed here for four nights for my son's birthday and while we really enjoyed the location of this property, there were a few negatives that overshadowed the positives for us. I'll start with the pros. As previously mentioned, the location is wonderful being so close to the entry station for RMNP. It also backs to open space and lovely mountain views. Loved all the toys that the owners provided, my son had the best time playing with them. There is ample seating in the dining room for large families and a well stocked kitchen. As for the cons, it wasn't as clean as I had hoped. I kept finding hair in various places (sheets, floors, etc) but possibly the biggest issues for me was the beds. They were so uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock. I got very little sleep the first night and ended up moving to the couch for the rest of the stay. I would not stay here again due to that issue but if you like a very firm mattress then this likely wouldn't be an issue for you.

Great for families with young kids!

We stayed with our 3 kids (ages 2, 4 and 6) and they loved the bunk beds and playroom! The other rec room would be great for older kids. The home was clean and comfortable and a perfect location for exploring the park.

Comfortable and great view

Our family loved our stay! The house was perfect for us (we have 4 kids ranges 4-10 and the toys and bunk room were a hit!). On our last evening about 21 female elk and their young were grazing in the backyard/field, which is huge and has beautiful mountains as the backdrop (incredible sunrises and sunsets). They walked around the house and were up close and incredible! The house is a perfect location if you plan on visiting RMNP, the entrance is a quick and easy 7min drive. It’s also close to downtown Estes Park where there’s lots of fun restaurants and shops, but the house is located down a country road away from all the touristy area so you feel “in the mountains”. We would definitely stay here again. The house and beds were comfortable and we all got great nights sleep. We had a little trouble at check in (had the wrong code for the door), but Justin was quick to respond and get us the correct code. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house. Very clean. Lots of games and activities for kids. Great location close to Estes Park with beautiful views. Homeowners were very accommodating. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Would want to stay here again on our next visit to Estes Park and RMNP!

Beautiful home

This house is so clean and beautiful. We loved the location, it was close to everything but out of the busy area. We loved the view in the backyard and the patio area. We even had a deer visit a few times.The kids LOVED the toy room, the bunk beds, and the hot tub.The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the decor was so nice. We loved our time here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home with spectacular views!

Wow! We absolutely loved our weekend stay. The views from the kitchen, living room and patio are hard to describe, but we loved being able to see the mountains from pretty much anywhere inside and out. Everything was spotless, the kitchen was thoroughly appointed (even a full spice rack!) and the furniture and beds were plush and comfortable. As a group of girlfriends seeking a chance to reconnect and enjoy the beauty of the Rockies, it was more than we could’ve hoped for — and the hot tub under the stars was glorious! We also appreciated the privacy of the property and the ease of the keyless entry. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Great stay in a wonderful property

It was snowing when we arrived. We got there about 45 minutes early and they were finishing up preparing for us. We met the hot tub guy there and he was just finishing cleaning the tub to Covid 19 specifications. The place was great. Everything worked and they had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It snowed over night and when we got up they had already cleared the snow off the entry way. Someone shoveled the walk and they plowed. We loved sitting in the hot tub as it was snowing and the views were amazing. We brought our adult kids with us and there was plenty of room. The house was decorated for Christmas. The internet and cable was everything we could have expected (my daughter worked from location without any hiccups. The owners responded quickly when we reached out to them prior to arriving and after we left. We loved our stay.

We loved the place in general but our favorite part was the deer that literally came to the back patio and let the kids pet them! The older kids loved hanging out in the heated garage and the littles loved the upstairs play area.

Enjoyed the stay and the snow made my days beautiful.

The property is good and we loved the stay. Only thing bothered us is that our car is stuck in the ice/sleek and they didn't plow the area. property lord says that they plowed but they haven't. other than that issue. we totally enjoyed the stay. I would rate 4.5 for this but I was unable to mark it there so gave 4 stars.
