Spend your days hiking, mountain biking, wildlife watching, boutique shopping in Estes Park, or just admiring the sublime mountain view right from your deck. Evenings are made for soaking in your private hot tub or dining alfresco under the starry mountain sky.

The light-filled living space features hardwood floors, an open layout, and plenty of room to gather with loved ones. The chef will be pleased with the full, well-equipped kitchen, and there’s room for everyone at mealtime between the dining table and kitchen peninsula seating. After days of outdoor adventures, come home to bask in the central AC if it’s hot or warm up with some cocoa in front of the gas fireplace if it’s cold. The washer/dryer will make quick work of any laundry while you relax with a bit of TV or a board game. Both serene bedrooms offer a sound night’s sleep for your next day of mountain magic.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
