The Estes Park Resort offers 54 air-conditioned accommodations with fireplaces and laptop-compatible safes. Gorgeous property overlooking the lake and mountains. Dining options were excellent. Only wish had been for a bathtub, but the big walk-in shower was amazing. Would recommend this property to everyone!

Great location and the room was very clean and updated. Unfortunately, we upgraded to a room with a view of the lake and paid $100 to do so. When we checked in, they could not find our reservation. Thereafter, we were given room 222.Right across from the elevator and close to the check-in desk. At first we figured we would roll with it. Our nights sleep was very bad in that the coming and going of people and people right above us were very loud. We seek compensation for the $100 we paid. Thank you.
