The room was not ready until 4:30. There is a $12 per car charge to park on the property or risk your car being towed. The room was a king bedroom suite with a fireplace and the tub looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. The toilet paper holder (metal piece) fell off consistently. I will never stay at this location again.

Reservation was made on Expedia but when I checked in to the hotel, the hotel told me that when I booked it on Expedia, it should not have went through because they were already booked for that night. The hotel said they reached out to Expedia in advance and let them know that but Expedia never contacted me. As a result, my family and I arrived at the hotel, off loaded the entire car, and got to hotel front desk just to find out that I didn’t have a reservation there for the reasons I listed above. Either the hotel or Expedia should have contacted me well in advance before my family and traveled to the hotel and offloaded. Very disappointing.
