Helt ok, men inte trestjärnigt

Helt OK för företagsresa, men allmänna korridoren hade massor av trasig lampor och några som tillochmed blivit utslitna ur väggfästen. Sängen var inte jätteskön men fungerade att sova på. Otroligt varmt på rummen, även fast det är på höstkanten, tacksam att jag fick en fläkt från personalen. Flertalet hål i väggarna från skruv och plugg i rummet, utslitna fläckiga möbler. Kollegan min hade en minikyl som inte fungerade, och mitt rum saknade en helt. Handdukar hade varit trevligt att få utbytta halvvägs igenom vistelsen, men det blev inte så. Hotellets tv kanaler saknade ljud på ungefär hälften av dem. Frukosten var son förväntat, med trevlig personal och schysst utbud, samt att läget var helt toppen. Önskar att mer pengar investeras i fastighetens underhåll

Bra städning. Fantastiskt bra frukost men lite trångt i matsalen. Negativt var att det var svårt att öppna toalettdörren. Det var ett vridhandtag, som kärvade. Ett barn eller en vuxen med dåliga händer hade blivit inlåst. Borde fixas. Vi hade rum 211.

Sängarna behöver bytas ut. Saknade alternativ till fil, eftersom mjölkallergi fanns. Personalen i lobbyn vid mottagandet var mycket trevlig. Tyvärr var rummet mot gatan så det var mycket rörelse och hög volym.

Ett enkelt hotell

Tror inte att det blir ett hotell som vi kommer att återvända till. Inte städat ordentligt. Man fick jaga personal på lördagen för att få tag på toapapper och några handdukar. Mycket dåligt utbud i baren som stängde tidigt för efter kl 21.00 så hade personalen gått hem. Brödet var ok men bullarna kändes som om de var bakade i början av veckan. Mycket varmt på rummet, ingen ac eller fläkt. Vi hade en liten kyl på rummet men inte våra kompisar. Vars dörr hade behövt olja. Väggarna är mycket tunna. Man hör det mesta. Inte hotellets fel att hela centrala Motala stod utan vatten på söndagen. Vattnet försvann efter kl 6.15 på söndagsmorgonen. Ingen av personalen visste om man kunde hämta vatten någonstans. Ingen information från kommunen mer än att man skulle börja jobba med det på måndagen. Stor variation på personalens servicenivå.

Charmigt hotell som behöver upprustning

Hotell som är i stort behov av upprustning. Alldeles för varmt på rummet eftersom det varken fanns AC eller fläkt. Små badrum med för få krokar om man är två personer. Sköna sängar. Bra att det fanns kylskåp på rummet. Serviceminded personal som såg till att vi kunde lägga in våra kylklampar i frysen. Ordinär frukost. Charmigt med det marina temat.
